By downloading, accessing, or using the ZHS mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for use by service providers such as plumbers, electricians, and hardware-related workers who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
ZHS allows users to earn reward points ("Points") for purchasing products from partnered stores. Points earned can be redeemed for discounts, offers, or other rewards as specified in the App. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points can be redeemed through the App according to the available options and terms. ZHS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any rewards or redemption options at any time without prior notice.
Rewards are only earned for purchases made at partnered stores listed in the App. ZHS is not responsible for the availability, quality, or pricing of products sold by partnered stores.
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
ZHS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
ZHS may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
ZHS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the App's content or any loss of data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
